Lead Times
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Periodically we may request a few more days than our standard protocol to process an order due to seasonal or unexpected situations. When that happens, we’ll update you on what to expect.
Minimums & Shipping Fees
Minimum order value is $100. We offer free shipping on orders over $150. For orders under $150, a $12.95 shipping fee applies.
Tracking Info
Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed the tracking link for your order.
How to Order
Use the navigation menu at the top of the page to browse skin care, cosmetics, staff samples, and tester products. To purchase, add products to cart from the online catalog, or use the Quick Order page to upload CSV files. *Be advised, the link to download and upload the CSV file can be found at the bottom of the Quick Order page. Payment
When checking out select 'Pre-approved Terms' or 'Credit Card' according to your arrangements with us. If you’re interested in establishing terms, email orderdesk@evanhealy.com or call 1-888-335-0190, Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM PST.
Testers
Add testers to your order to maintain a fresh on shelf presentation. Testers are available to qualifying retailers that maintain a minimum $2,000 in annual wholesale sales.
Staff Samples
For every $250 of products ordered, you may add 2 products as staff samples. See our Staff Samples catalog to order.
Friends & Family Discount
We also offer a discount for our retail staff members. Orders for friends and family must be placed through a separate account. Please reach out to us at orderdesk@evanhealy.com for information and account activation.
Promotion & Discounts
Active promotions are automatically applied to your cart when checking out.
Cancellations
Unfortunately, we will not be able to change, update or cancel an order after it is placed.
Damaged Items
Inspect all shipments upon arrival. Contact us by email at orderdesk@evanhealy.com within 5 working days of receipt of damaged or defective goods. A credit note will be issued for defective or damaged merchandise.
